Sample Menu We are pleased to present a sample menu. Guests should be advised that due to the use of fresh produce menus may be subject to change at short notice. Menus are subject to alteration at any time by our caterers. Starter (on all days) Served with rustic breads, oils, dressings and infusions Proposed main courses and desserts, according to day Tuesday/Thursday Balsamic cherry tomato & cucumber salad Mediterranean roast vegetables or Charred Reggiano polenta cake Balsamic roasted vegetables with a bell pepper dressing (V) Summer fruit torte, fresh raspberry dressing Wednesday/Friday Balsamic cherry tomato & cucumber salad Grilled aubergine, zucchini with feta or Caramelized red onion & brie tart Rocket salad (V) Fresh English strawberry tart With lime mascarpone Saturday or Fresh English asparagus salad with confit shallot vinaigrette and shaved Reggiano Parmesan (V) Apple Tart Tatin with Devonshire clotted cream And a Granny Smith Jus Afternoon Tea (on all days) Egg mayonnaise & cress, Scottish smoked salmon & cucumber Roast beef & creamed horseradish, honey roast ham and whole grain mustard All butter fruit scones served with Devonshire cream and strawberry preserves Strawberries and cream Fresh tea or filter coffee will be available throughout the day. Drinks package will include 'house' red and white wines, together with soft drinks, and a selection of beers throughout the day. A cash bar will be available for Champagne and spirits. |
